REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN! All you have to do is... :D

1) You may submit your: Full name, Date of birth, I.c. no & colour, home address, to the following no.:

2) After you have submitted your details to our committee,you can download the form by clicking on to this link:

3) Then, submit your forms & payment ($5) on the following dates & time at the dining hall, Masjid Hassanal Bolkiah Pekan Tutong:

♡ 23rd November

• Muslimin: 4.30-5.30pm
• Muslimah: 2.30-5.30pm

♡ 24th November

• Muslimin: 12-1 pm & 3:30-4:30 pm
• Muslimah: 9.30-11.30am & 2.30-4.30pm

REMEMBER: Last date for registration is on the 23rd November 2013

Oh yes! Remember, NO REFUND for BACK OUT participants so Make sure, you don't forget to MARK your calender for the CAMP.
